ReplyDeleteI would refrain myself from doing illegal/stupid stuff which will further shorten my lifespan. I would go fill up my nomination as I have not done so until now.

ReplyDeleteif i have 1 hr to live, I will ask for forgiveness to those who i do wrong or not....the 10 minutes to be with my siblings and the last 20 minutes for my parents....to died in the presence of your love one....isn't it wonderful?
ReplyDeletelets be honest, if i have one hour left to live, I will update my facebook status, so that everyone will be invited to my funeral, and my twitter too just in case. that'd only take 2 minutes, and at the same time, I won't take my family and close friends to an awesome eatery because I've been grateful enough to have spent 21 years with them, so we'll just have a simple 1 hour ice-cream feast... at least I die happy, and they're happy too.. so spending that 1 hour eating ice-cream recollecting memories, and saying my last words, would be enough. as for my friends overseas, well, there's always skype.. then just 10minutes before I die, I'd leave people instructions, so that when I die, I'm still contributing to society, prolly ask my family and friends to donate my things to the less fortunate and donate to a turtle conservation center.
ReplyDeleteif i have 1 hour left, i will design my own funeral theme and make it as colorful as i can, for i dont want my death to be plain black. i would want to paint my own coffin and tombstone with my doodling. besides that, i would like to set an awesome soundtrack like requiem of the dream during my funeral. as i lie in my own designated coffin, i would want to wear a joker mask as a goodbye joke to this world.

If I discovered I had only an hour to live, I'd first put together a simple will explaining how I want my possessions to be handled and distributed. I don't want anyone to fight over my earring collection.
ReplyDeleteThen FB status update: "I'll be dead soon, but hey no worries I'll be reincarnated as a member of the British royal family and live a splendid life of luxury."
On my deathbed, at the last moment, I'd whisper "I hid the money in the...." and promptly die.
Oh, and all my organs will be donated. Because I like the idea of giving life, even in death.

If I only have 1 hour left to live, I will make a call to my parents, some of my friends while bring along with the girl I loved to the seaside, take my last long breath and enjoy the beautiful scenery there together with her.

ReplyDeleteIf I only left 1 hour left to live, I would go into a frozen storage or room to froze up myself into a ice cube.
ReplyDeleteAs in the future, someone eventually will come out with some extend life pill or injection to increase our life time. That's the time to unfroze me and extend my life.
There's so many thing I could not do in that 1 hour time. It will only finish after the injection, perhaps it happen. =D
i will leave silently and avoid all my friend and family to watching dying in left in 1 hour. it all can i did for them to thanks them all keep all great memory instead sad / bitter time

If I truly had an hour left to live, I would want to have an amazing dinner with my family and close friends.
Before my hour is up I would tell everyone how lucky and fortunate I am to have been able to spend my last hour with the people I care most about and that without them, I wouldn't be who I am today.
In my last 10 minutes I would tell them, life is a journey, but death isn't the destination. I may not be a great artist, or a politician, to have left behind a legacy, but as long as I know my memory lives on with each and everyone of them, my journey will go on.
With my last breath, on the verge of death, I would probably whisper these last few words, "I left one billion dollars for all of you in the...*gasp for air* *GASP* *GASP*

I wouldn't probably stay at home to spend time with my family and friend virtually. I might even design a beauty invitation to my funeral and schedule it to send an hour later.

ReplyDelete- Not do anything crazy, there is already enough tragedy and bad humans in this world.
- Not tell anyone how long I have, because their hysteria would make it hard to complete everything I'd want to do in my remaining minutes
- Take a quick trip to the bank to withdraw as much as they'd allow me to, that way at least a portion of my savings wouldn't go through any legal rigmarole when I give it to my family
- I'd write out my thoughts and wishes in something similar to a will, and make it as official as possible in the time that I had left. Hopefully my family would carry out my wishes after my passing. I'd like my collection to be donated to a local library, my money give to my family, I'd take a moment to delete all of the naughty things from my computer.
- Write my goodbyes, so the words are clear and precise and don't get lost in the moment.
- After that's all done I'd lay on my bed and ponder how to get more time, and if nothing came to mind just reflect on life in general, although at this point in time I'd probably not have much time left.
I would find someone trustworthy to agree to take care of my dog. Then I'd go to a lawyer to draw up a contract giving them all of my savings with the caveat that they need to use that money to take great care of him for the rest of his life, and then donate the remainder to the Humane Society if any is left over. The remaining time I would go watch “IN TIME” and die during the movie without ever knowing the end.
ReplyDeleteAn hour isn't a very long time in which to do much of anything. While I hope that my last days are enjoyable, I don't think I'd be able to be happy knowing that I only have an hour left to live. For that reason, I wouldn't want to be around friends or family, as that would be sad for both me and for them. However, I would want to talk to them one last time to tell them how much they mean to me and to thank them for being a part of my life. I wouldn't want to tell them that I'll be dying soon, as there's not much of a point; they'd find out in an hour anyway, and I think it would be easier to accept once I'm gone than if I told them that I still had some time left to live.
ReplyDeleteBesides conversing with loved ones, I would probably write up a quick note saying who gets my most important possessions. Of course, that wouldn't be the first thing on anyone's mind, but dividing up one's belongings among family and friends can sometimes end in bitter dispute. Knowing that certain possessions of mine are important to certain people, I would make sure that they'd end up with those objects after I'm gone.
Once these tasks are complete, I'd use whatever time I had left to sit alone and contemplate my life. It would be nice if there got my favourite food nasi lemak, asam laksa and roti canai to eat for my last meal. While an hour isn't nearly long enough to go through the five stages of dying (denial, anger, bargaining, depression, and acceptance), I'd try my best to realize that I've enjoyed my life, thus accepting death. Accepting death is probably impossible at a young age, but I'd still do my best to die in peace.
